Francesca Chaney
In April 2011, Francesca Chaney founded G.A.I.N., a non-profit organization to empower and build self-esteem in girls, while giving them an opportunity to speak out and bring change to the world around them. At only 17 years old, she has already been mentoring young girls, and associating herself with other rising organizations like Public Allies, Link alley, and the Dehpeshcii Musiq record label. She has traveled to Belize to give speeches about education, determination and what it takes to make change. Not only is Francesca Chaney a voice of reason, but she also represents evolution within our youth and within our world. In less than two months she will be going to college, inspiring and recruiting more strong, motivated, and ambitious young adults for her organization and her positive goals.
