New York Fashion Week kicks off next week, and what we're looking forward to most is experiencing the Fall/Winter 2014 fashion excitement through the eyes of our very own Polyvore members. We're thrilled to announce that members gabrielle-pedriani and florencia95 are this season's NYFW Community Correspondents! As our correspondents, Gabrielle and Florencia will be attending shows and recapping runway trends and street style. Here's more about the girls and their NYFW must-haves:

Introductions.
My name is Gabrielle, or Gabby, or "Pocahontas" if you want to get on my good side ;) I work full-time at a designer boutique called "iona" in Wisconsin doing social media marketing, which is convenient, because I essentially spend my free time doing the exact same thing anyway. My blog, Look Sharp, Sconnie, started as an outlet for my fashion obsessions, which were starting to get a bit stifled from living Wisconsin. It's really transformed into a vehicle that's allowed me to meet others who enjoy talking about shoes as much as myself.

Favorite designers.
I'm pretty fond of nearly anything from both Alexander Wang and Acne - that whole idea of amplified minimalism. I also love the way that Celine over-exaggerates these average looks into something larger than life. Peter Pilotto makes the best pencil skirts on earth, Sportmax does the perfect minimalist-cum-gym-wear hybrid, Stella McCartney's ace for blazers, and Mary Kate & Ashley redeem their "Holiday in the Sun" selves via The Row.

What are you most excited to report back to the Polyvore community?
Pick one thing?? Impossible! I am, however, looking forward to doing some street style stalking. I'm in the market for a strange new trend to adopt, so I'll have my eyes open for some fresh ideas. Obviously I'm also excited to see what graces the runways. It will be my first time inside a show, so I'm thrilled to report back on any angles or details that might be difficult to see via Style.com or WWD.

Anyone you're hoping to spot around NYFW?
Brandon, the photographer behind Humans of New York, is kind of my dream guy, so I wouldn't mind pretending to bump into him. I also wouldn't argue with an accidental run-in with an icon or two - Emmanuelle Alt, Jenna Lyons, etc, etc.
