i have been a fan of jimmy marble’s banners for a long while now. i knew i had to collaborate with him somehow for designlovefest. so we decided to go on a flower hunt adventure. we all piled in the car with all of his prints and he took photographs around LA of his banners (and we made a video all about it down below!) jimmy’s video interview turned out awesome. he is one of THE most genuine, passionate artists i have ever met. all of his answers were endearing and made me love his work even more.

i love that he chooses such simple, yet powerful phrases. i have two of his banners and constantly walk by them and smile. it’s so hard for me to pick a favorite phrase, but “the future is bright” is definitely high on the list…

this one above that i am holding is french for “this will amount to nothing.”
